Various provisions of The Charities (Protection and Social Investment) Act 2016 come in to force from 31st July 2016 including powers to:
- Remove Trustees following an investigation.
- Direct Winding up.
- Direct property to be applied to another charity.
Further provisions due in October and November 2016.
