The Information Commissioner has published updated guidance on compliance with the time limits for responding to information requests as set out in the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. The new Time Limits for Compliance guidance documents dated 25/09/2013 replace the previous guidance ‘Time for compliance’ and are available on the ICO website.
